Custom House prices are based on a sliding scale of the complexity of your home. Every home style is different and some are far more ornate than others.

This listing is for a deposit and a final price will be discussed based on the size, style and complexity of the final design. Deposit is $500- The final price will start at $700 and will not exceed $1500 unless otherwise discussed.

Final payment is due before the piece is bisque fired. (This is the point of no return!)

Here is an example of a pricing structure for the first house I did.

First is the most simple- $800- 2 box style. The facades of the front and side are the only detailed sides. Details like balconies are solid and alcoves are painted on. The back is plain, minimal landscaping

Second- $950- 2 box style. All sides are complete, The balconies are open, but the alcoves have a very shallow relief, full landscaping around.

Third- $1100 2 box style. All sides are complete, the alcoves and balconies have depth and the addition of back porch is added, full landscaping around.

****Prices are based on a particular midrange model. The architecture itself is not complex.

Custom Houses take up to 12 weeks to complete.
