Terms and Conditions
1.How to place order
● Submit order via our website www.kateschroederceramics.com
● Call us at 816-213-9369, ask for Kate or Thayer
○ Please have the web site available when calling so that you can reference items.
● Email your order to kateschroederceramics@gmail.com. We can provide an invoice via email.
2. MSRP
Products purchased from Kate Schroeder Ceramics shall be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, we request the Wholesale Account to not advertise a discount more than 35% below MSRP.
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive a flat rate of 40% off the MSRP.
5. Changes to orders
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to kateschroederceramics@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time the order was placed.
6. Returns
Requests must be made in writing directly to kateschroederceramics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery date, quoting order number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without the approval of Kate Schroeder Ceramics. Delivery instructions for transport will be determined upon request. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
In the event that items are damaged or defective, please contact Kate at kateschroederceramics@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. No merchandise will be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.
7. Nature of handmade products
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. This variation is not subject for returns.
8. Payments
We accept all credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and After Pay (Which allows customers to pay in 4 interest-free installments.) We are happy to work with shops on their approved payment methods. We are also happy accept checks or Net30 from approved shops
9. Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on all domestic wholesale orders! We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. The buyers preferred carrier may be used if the buyer agrees to assume any additional transportation charges.
*Please note- Strike anywhere matches cannot be shipped in bulk internationally*
10. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 4 weeks from the submission of your order for completion of items. *We do not ship international wholesale orders except to Canada at this time.*
11. Brick and Mortar
At this time we are not accepting wholesale accounts to businesses who exclusively sell online and will not authorize third party sellers to list our products for sale on sites including (but not limited to) Amazon, E-Bay, Walmart, Etsy, etc. You may sell our products on your brick and mortar store and via your brick and mortar store website. Please provide the URL (s) which you plan to use.
